E. Torquata sick or not?

Got a mature Eucalyptus torquata I planted a bit earlier in the year. A majority of the leaves have started to dry off, yet there is a fair bit of new green shoots. Gave it a hit of liquid fert, humate, seasol and soil wetter to encourage some more growth with the warmer weather we’re now experiencing in Perth. Is there anything else I should be doing?
