Different types of grass in backyard??

Was hoping I could get some help with this. Planning to redo my lawn this spring and needed help firstly identifying the grass/grasses (I believe it’s kikuyu and buffalo)

And secondly should I rip out the grasses and then reseed that are? Or just persist with different grasses.
