Depression caused me to neglect my garden for 3 years. I’m back at it. Can this artificial grass be saved?

I know grass would be better but I’m tight for cash and also neglected the inside which takes priority over the outside unfortunately this year. I’m half tempted to draw my curtains and not look at it till next year… it’s a big piece it’s 5mtr x 12mtr raised on hardcore
