Citrus tree stake issues

I planted two citrus trees (one mandarin and one lemon) around 8 weeks ago and they seem to be going okay so far, but I wasn’t sure how long to leave the stakes on for and/or if I should try and fix a small bend in one of the plants already (see photos).
