Chili Glut – Reddit Post

This is probably the fifth bowl of this size from Cowhorn and Cayenne chilis that I have harvested.

So far I have made 4oz/120g of Cayenne chili powder, 6oz/180g Cowhorn red pepper flakes, and have about 2 quarts/litres of hot sauce on the go.

What other ways are there to process chilis?
