Can’t stop water leak. What am I doing wrong? – Reddit Post

The hose is NPT. The copper thing is NPT to hose thread adapter. Both are 3/4″. I couldn’t find the blue thing with npt. And then I have 1/2 inch pipe. No matter what I do, the water is leaking. What am I doing wrong? How do I fix it?
