He was hanging on, not dying but not growing, the roots were kinda bad though it still grow a crown of flowers each spring. Got a little bit worse but the spikes frightened us, so I took the situation. I cut it in half, the bottom part molded because of unexpected rain but the upper part looks so nice now (it even grew a lot of babies) I just wanted to show off!
Also, I just realized today about that thing in the upper part. Last week I put more soil in, maybe it’s just happy.
