Black spots on citrus tree branches – Reddit Post

Apologies for what’s probably been asked before but I couldn’t see an equivalent.

In Australia, the branches of my citrus trees are covered on black lumps. The spots disintegrate into powder when abraded which makes me think they’re no longer playing host to whatever they did.

Advice welcomed!
