Beginner Question
Hi,
I am a beginner and just moved into this house, this is my backyard. I want to plant some flower plants in here but I’m not sure where to start or what to do? This black thing I am not sure that it is. Should I get some fertilizer and put on this and then plant some flowers or should I remove this whole thing? Any help or idea would be highly appreciated.
