Bay tree disease

Please help. For 3 years I’ve been growing these to create a bit of a natural screen. One of my bay trees is going brown and the others now have the odd brown leaf. They get good sun, automatic reticulation and I can’t see any particular pests.

Is this some kind of fungal thing? Please help, trees are expensive!
