Are these bulbs off of weeds?

I’ve just ripped out a large tomato plant because it was infested with wilt and as I was going through the soil to get all the roots outs and prepped it to reuse the soil, and found all these white bulbs through it, some attached to roots. If they are weed bulbs, would I be able to use a weed killer to wipe these guys out or do I need to slowly sift through the soil. If it’s not a weed, what is it? Thanks.
