Anyone know what’s up with my blueberry

I got given this blue rose blueberry in February to accompany an existing sunshine blueberry that lives happily on my deck in northern Sydney. Its new growth leaves were curled and brittle when I got it. I thought it would cheer up after re-potting in azaelia mix but it’s still looking grim. Google said maybe the ph is wrong but the azaelia mix I used was great for my other blueberry. Haven’t seen any caterpillars or other beasts but some parts look chewed or broken. Any ideas appreciated.
