Any products that can kill powdery mildew?

I have an oak sapling that has been taken over by powdery mildew fungus. I think this is a common problem for oak trees in the UK, even mature trees have the powdery fungus covering their leaves.

I heard that spraying milk on the leaves could help but it did not. Has anyone had success with a fungicide full on eradicating it from their plant?
