Advice re screening tree here

Hi all, I believe this is a persian silk tree. I recently purchased this property and it has grown fast. I like the screening potential as a laneway sides our property. Questions, is this tree ok for this location? Can I prune it to maintain a ok height and width? Can I start the foliage higher up e.g from 5ft eventually so I can drive my car past easily? Lastly, will roots break the concrete driveway. Thanks
