Annually I have to keep on top of horsetail growth around my property using various weed killers etc. However, the main problem and source of my issue is my neighbour is not maintaining their garden and has a serious problem. It is everywhere.

I’ve spoken with the tenant before, also the property’s manager but nothing has been done about it.

Any advice from others who’ve experienced similar issues?
