Advice for grapes

Hi people!

My two grape plants that arrived two weeks ago are looking very sad and was hoping for some advice.

I’ve mixed compost and manure into my extremely clay heavy soil and planted one.

The other is in a pot with 45%-45% John innes 3 and compost, 10% manure.

My dad thinks they both need some fertiliser. What do you all think?

If so, what fertiliser? They had both Liquid seaweed and Fish blood and bone at Asda 🤷‍♂️
