Advice: Ficus hillii Flash

Hello. Looking for some advise on what’s going on with our hedges. Some of the individual plants are discoloured, with spotty leaves. It’s not consistent on all plants. There are two that are the worse.

They have grown via rainwater and are west facing. We are Melbourne Victoria
