Advice and tips needed for Growing Fruit!

I’m a occasional gardener trying to cultivate fruit plants, specifically bananas, pomegranates, and guavas. I have these plants growing in my backyard and I’m trying to learn more about how to care for them properly and improve their growth.

I’d love to hear your experiences and tips! Some questions I have:

What are the ideal growing conditions (soil, sunlight, watering) for each of these fruits? What are common mistakes or problems you’ve encountered with bananas, pomegranates, or guavas? Do you have any advice on pruning, fertilizing, or pest control for these plants? Are there any natural methods you use to boost growth or fruit quality? How long does it usually take for each of these to bear fruit? What seasons do bananas, pomegranates, and guavas typically fruit in, and does it vary by climate?
