a warning about gardening express

recently bought a few plants on gardening express and as someone who wishes there was more info out there about them before buying i’m posting this to let people know what they can expect.

one of the plants was an entirely different colour to the picture on the website. picture showed a beautiful vibrant pink, and what arrives was a pale anaemic pink. its flowers had fallen off in the post – i did expect a bit of this to be fair but not for all of the flowers to have fallen off. soil on one of the plants seemed very dry. bought a young tree which did seem to be in good condition. overall i thought the prices were good and all the plants were in generally ok condition, but really disappointed that one plant was an entirely different colour to what was on their website as i wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. not sure how common this is
