A chest of drawers for seedlings

I’ve been gifted a set of drawers (a plastic tower of four translucent drawers with a black frame) and someone suggested that if I rig it with some strings of lights, it could be a space-saving way to set seedlings indoors. I have some outdoor space but few indoor places for delicate plants and seedlings.

Has anyone tried something like this? Does anyone have any ideas of how I can make it effective and efficient?
