Monstera post for growing upwards

Hello fellow Aussie Gardiner’s of reddit. I was wanting your recommendations on what type of stake I could get from Bunnings around 2 metres tall that will be ideal to tame my monstera to grow upwards to create a nice rain forest feel. And what would be the best colour to paint it to give it more of a natural feel. Thank you so much people you guys are awesome!!!!!
