Which trees to plant for privacy

Our neighbour’s backyard is higher than ours and we’d love some privacy. What trees can I plant to cover the view to get some privacy? Ideally one that grows pretty fast or something that can be planted when mature so we get instant privacy. Any advise on where these can be sourced would be greatly appreciated
