Could I have some help identifying this tree?

The tree has multiple trunks coming out of a 50×50 cm area and the branches have some weird mutations as shown. So might be sick already. Trying to decide if it is a plant I want to keep or replace with something better for shade. Any help in identifying it would be appreciated.
