I think my dragon tree is dead…

Hi all, I really hope you can help. My dragon tree cutting might be dead. Can I save it?? I’ve had it for about 2 years in this pot, and it never really grew, but I knew they were slow so didn’t think anything of it. Until about 2 months ago the leaves started falling off, and yesterday I had a closer look and I can pick it up straight out of the pop, no roots or anything. It is very light, which I remember it being super heavy when I got it. Can I save it? Can you help??
