The Heck is This – Reddit Post

I have a big ass, half dead Maple tree. Now that the leaves are gone, we noticed this. It looks like honeycomb, but…. that makes no sense, right? Thought maybe some trash blew up there, but it’s definitely attached. Who has some crazy thoughts on this?
