Help. Spotted these tiny green snails in my pots – Reddit Post

I saw multiple snails like these in my pots and I have no idea where they came from(the pots are in a balcony on the 2nd floor) so I don’t know if they are a pest or if they’re going to breed and overrun all the plants.
