Accidental lacewing captive

I think I discovered a lacewing on my bedroom ceiling (do shout at me if I’ve incorrectly ID’d it) – so my question is, do I keep this friend around and hope they make little babies on my houseplants or should I encourage it outside to live a full life and probably get eaten by a bird in about 30 seconds?
