Best solar powered pond pumps with filters?

Hello fellow gardeners I’ve acquired two fibreglass ponds that I’m keen to get going in the garden this summer. I’m wanting to know what are the best solar powered pond pumps with filters. My ponds are approximately 500 litres and am wanting something that can maintain clean running water 24/7. Not keen to run electricity hence the want for a solar powered version. Any info is greatly appreciated.
