How to collect seeds from kale

I let my cavalo nero kale flower and go to seed. But which are the seeds? Pic 1 or pic 2? Pic 2 resembles a you tube video I watched for a different variety of kale, but pic 1 if you split it looks very much like seeds inside. And any tips for collecting and storing for next year?
