our sunchokes are blooming – Reddit Post

This was our first year growing sunchokes. Excited to try the tubers!

First flower opened up about 2 weeks ago, and now we’ve got tons of flowers. The taller plant is just over 11 feet! We also have one plant that fell over in the wind a while back, but it’s doing great too.

I’ve heard they spread aggressively, which we honestly couldn’t be happier about.
