Flooded garden bed
Ok, i live on the Central Coast and we have had an absolute downpour of rain. I’m not complaining because people have real problems, so this might give some people a giggle. I went outside to check the drain pipe and to take photos, I then looked at my garden bed and noticed its flooded. I recently nursed a fluffy succulent back to health, replanted some little ones and a large aloe. With the garden bed flooding, the most rational thing i could think of was to grab a mixer bowl and try to dish out the water 😅 what i am thinking? Oh no my babies! Not my babies! Anyway, questions because I don’t have time to google: 1. Will this flooding kill my plants? 2. How do I remedy this for the future? PLEASE NOTE: I didnt make the garden beds, I rent. However I did put the succulents in and add some succulent specific soil.
Thanks everyone and I am so sorry to anyone having major inconvenience from the rain, I feel for you guys (not that, that helps).
