Lawn help!

Hey guys! I am desperately in need of advice for our lawns. This is my first time renting so I’m freaking out a little about what to do in this situation but we have had almost non stop rain for weeks, the front garden barely drains and now our grass looks like this 🙁 is there anything we can do to fix this or have we lost our bond lol. I have zero experience in lawn care and I feel so lost

We get our lawns mowed about once a month (could this be the issue?) and we try to keep up with the weeding as best we can when it’s not raining.
