Blue flax Lilly didn’t flower last season

Have three of these and they have grown great over the last year but none had any flowers or fruit and I’m not sure why. I’m in West Sydney and these get full sun in spring and summer. Soil is clay but I think that should be fine for these, and I also amended with native soil mix and some compost.

Also having the same thing with bower of beauty climber.

Another grevillia is also flowering inconsistently (pic 3) but maybe that’s normal initially in winter? I forgot which species it is but it flowers in the colder months I believe.
