What say you fine gentlemen and gentlewomen – Reddit Post

I spread homemade compost for the first time this spring and have had issues in every bed I have put it. Tomato beds were absolutely ravaged by fusarium wilt (first time ever seeing it, meaning did not compost infected plants from previous season) my peppers however have something I can’t really identify. It’s a 50 square foot bed growing poblanos cayennes and Thai chilis. Everything is being grown until ripe, and only having trouble with poblanos. It seems as they turn red they develop small black dots on the outside, with tiny almost mold looking spots on the inside. I also experienced what I thought was blossom end rot throughout the season also only on the poblanos. Alternia is closest thing I’ve found online but the plants themselves look completely fine with no leaf damage at all.

My goal was to dry these poblanos out on the smoker, what would you do?
