Looking to plant a pinkish flowering Tree

Hi all,

Im looking to plant a tree in my front yard in Melbourne. I’d love something that has soft pink or white flowers in spring—like a cherry or plum—and also gives bright, colourful foliage in autumn. Would be nice if it had thick leaf cover too.

Im kind of a beginner

Any recommendations for varieties that do well here? Are they hard to maintain?
