Been finding these little guys on my banana plant, any advice would be really appreciated!!

I’ve tried treating them with so many things over the past year: manual removal with a cloth, Neem oil (spray and in soil), dishwashing liquid and vinegar, Yates pyrethrum insect pest gun, Bunnings rose spray, garden basics tomato & vegetable insect spray, and nothing seems to get rid of them?

Location is an apartment balcony

I think they are spider mites but just can’t seem to tackle them.
