Identify my grub!

I found this grub inside my home, here’s the context: 1. I live in the NSW Central Coast 2. This grub was not there at midnight last night and found 7hrs later (this morning) on the kitchen bench 3. It was extremely sluggish (no pun intended), moving quite slowly when prodded 4. I have the following live plants in the immediate vicinity: Maidenhair, Zanzibar, peace Lilly and a small succulent. I also have some shop bought cut basil in a vase of water – just a few stems left – which may have been the source of the grub?

I’d like to know what type of is and where it may have come from!
