Bell peppers coming along

Bell peppers coming along nicely this year. Started them really early given the awful summer we had last year 😅 Read that not oversized their repots makes better plants since they put a lot of energy into always making as much roots as possible? Been rather conservative with small upscale once their roots begin to show at the drainage holes.
