Cockatoos or something else

Are these cockatoos eating my lemons or something else had a similar issue with grapefruit.

There was nothing there today then this evening when I got home about 6 lemons on the ground.

How to stop or deter them from coming back.

I’ve tried the owl that moves and makes sound, and that was a fail.
