How do you ‘harden off’…?

Firstly, I want no smutty comments from you people at the back.

I am keen to know your techniques for hardening off your plants as we look towards planting out in the next few weeks. Is it enough to leave the greenhouse door ajar overnight? Is there a more complicated process?

I’ve been taking the larger plants out of the greenhouse during the day – but temperatures have been high so I’m not sure if that’s enough.
